Simply fill out the secure on-line Questionnaire and Order Page and click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page. You will receive a detailed child support or spousal support printout by e-mail .

Each additional calculation for the same case is $5 each. Additional submissions must accompany the original. Worksheets submitted at a later time will cost an additional $20. In the event that you decide to establish or modify your support utilizing Laguna Preparers Service, the original $20 support calculation fee will be credited toward the cost of any modification, separation, or divorce purchased within 30 days.
