Our professional form preparation and filing service saves you time, money and the frustration of handling your family court case alone. Utilizing our services, you will avoid time off work, multiple trips to the courthouse, hours of standing in line, and the uncertainty of having your documents rejected.

We guide you through the process every step of the way, preparing your documents correctly the first time. Our flat rate includes complete form preparation, filing all documents at the Courthouse. Process serving and notary public service available at our office only, at no additional cost. For cases with community property or debt, or for cases with minor children, we also include a Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA). An MSA is necessary when all issues are agreed upon, and you wish to avoid a court hearing.

Additionally, you will receive a useful brochure written by attorneys and published for CALDA, California Association of Legal Document Assistants, which provides detailed information regarding the forms required, and an overview of the divorce process.

There are three main phases to the process. The first is getting started; providing generic information regarding the parties and any children (name, address, telephone, etc.). The second is the disclosure phase; required by the court in every dissolution, including the identification of assets and debts, and income and expenses. The third is the Judgment; this may include a Marital Settlement Agreement, if there are children, community property/debt, or other agreements to be put into writing.

For cases with no minor child(ren), no community property/debt, and no marital settlement agreement, select worksheet # 1; fee for our complete service is a flat rate of $200.

For cases with no minor child(ren), but there is community property/debt, or a Marital Settlement Agreement is necessary, select worksheet #2 . The fee for our service is a flat rate of $300.

For cases with minor child(ren) and community property/debt, and a marital settlement agreement is necessary, select worksheet #3 . The fee for our service is a flat rate of $350.

The court filing fee in Sacramento County, and in most other counties, is $320.
